We are based in Menlo Park CA, USA. Most of our project work is currently in the US, with US based clients. However, we are interested in expanding our operations to work working with clients based in other countries.

Water Cooler Logic Inc. is a consulting firm specializing in change management, performance improvement and organizational learning. We work with an organization’s management and staff to

• Improve performance in critical areas and operations
• Design and implement changes in process and practice
• Increase overall organizational knowledge among staff

At the heart of Water Cooler Logic is its highly participatory approach. WCL combines ethnographic, “fieldwork,” methods (from cultural anthropology) with participatory design processes.

We have used WCL successfully on over 50 projects during the past seven years, working with a wide range of clients on many different kinds of projects. We specialize in working with large, complex organizations.
